You need creativity, rhythm and dexterity and most of all spontaneity. Nothing you do follows a set choreography – rather, you follow the sounds playing and your mood. Your rhythm tells you how to do it, so that it suits you. The dexterity allows you to control the ball with your body and racket at all times during your dance or athletic movements.
Freestyle
The name says it all – you move freely to the music you like. You put together your movements in the moment as they “come out of you”. You do this alone for yourself or in front of an audience. Connect to what is surrounding you. Or you are just looking for a “little time out from your daily routine”, want to relieve stress or just do something good for yourself. A bit like free dancing with others.
